Deleting Your Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Stellaria account and all data associated with it. Stellaria is a cosmic-garden mobile game operated by Baemtech, available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).
🗑️ Deletion is permanent. Once you confirm, your account and all progress are removed from our servers immediately and cannot be recovered.
Delete From Within the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in Stellaria:
- Open the Stellaria app.
- Tap the account icon in the top-right corner.
- In the account window that opens, tap the "Delete account" link at the bottom.
- Confirm by tapping "Delete permanently."
Your account and all associated data are then permanently erased from our servers, and the app returns to a fresh, anonymous state.
Or Request Deletion by Email
If you can no longer open the app, you can ask us to delete your account for you:
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Stellaria account".
- Include your display name and, if you have it, your friend code so we can locate your account.
- We will delete your server-side data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following from our servers:
- Your display name, and your email address if you signed in with Apple or Google.
- Your birth month and day, and your zodiac sign.
- Your anonymous device identifier and any Apple / Google sign-in identifiers.
- Your friend code and friend connections.
- Your push-notification tokens.
- Your game progress and cloud save — garden, plants, cosmetics, level, Cosmic Energy, streak, Stardust score and leaderboard entry.
- Your horoscope and tarot reading history.
- Your subscription status and purchase / transaction records stored on our servers.
What We Keep & For How Long
- Deletion is immediate and permanent on our servers — we do not keep your personal data after it.
- We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, purchase and tax records).
- Purchase records held by the Apple App Store, Google Play and our payment provider (RevenueCat) are governed by their own privacy policies and are outside our control.
- Any game data stored locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
